Meet Céline Claeys!

Céline is the founder of Mediskin Clinic, a practice specialising in professional skincare and expertise.

"After studying Accountancy-Taxation, my interest and passion for skin improvement grew, inspired by my own skin issues. I struggled with Melasma, which made me very insecure. By addressing my own skin problems, my confidence returned, and my desire to start a business was stronger than ever," shares Céline. In 2014, she launched Mediskin Clinic to assist others with their skincare needs. Now, years later, she is operating at full speed and aims to elevate her thriving business to an even higher level.

Challenge

"My mission is very clear. I want everyone to leave feeling confident. This is achieved through high-quality skin therapy treatments and a personalized approach. My ultimate dream is to eventually pass on my success story and knowledge to my colleagues," says Céline.

"I thrive on challenging myself in entrepreneurship. Stepping out of my comfort zone allows me to grow immensely as a person and generates new ideas and insights," Céline explains. This approach keeps her sharp and continuously evaluates her business. Additionally, it boosts her self-confidence. "Entrepreneurship provides a certain freedom that I need as an individual to be the best version of myself," Céline concludes.

"I draw a lot of inspiration from my fellow women entrepreneurs or like-minded individuals, such as business coach Nimke van der Leck. On a personal level, I look up to Patricia van Lingen, someone who helped me discover myself. She showed me who the real me is, so I am truly grateful to her," shares Céline.

The most beautiful and challenging aspects of entrepreneurship

"The best part about entrepreneurship for me is the freedom it offers, even though I work ten times harder than when I was employed. My goal is truly achieved when I can make customers aware that skincare is a way of life and help them see the results and benefits. Seeing clients radiate is my mission," says Céline.

"The most challenging aspect of entrepreneurship for me is having to make decisions alone. I often stress because I doubt whether I am making the right decision. As a single mom, it's really about daring and taking the leap. This, of course, brings sleepless nights, but thankfully I now have a business coach who acts as a sounding board," she explains.

Better Together

"It's amazing to see that there are more and more high-end female entrepreneurs. We help each other reach higher levels. That gives me a boost of energy, a real WOW feeling. 'Better Together' means complementing each other to me. This is achieved by working in a team where everyone can contribute in areas where they excel," proudly explains Céline.
