1. General
You are visiting the website www.generationwow.be (hereinafter: 'Generation WOW website'),
owned by Generation WOW bv (hereinafter: 'Generation WOW'), with registered office at
Vaderlandstraat 112, 9000 Ghent, and with enterprise number 0781.379.639.
These general terms and conditions apply when you use the Generation
WOW-website. By using the Generation WOW website, you agree to these
general terms and conditions and undertake to comply with and accept them. If you are a
minor, you must read this agreement together with your parent(s) or
guardian and obtain their agreement to accept these general terms and conditions.
2. Use of the Generation WOW website
2.1. You undertake not to use the Generation WOW website:
(a) to provide, transmit, or otherwise make available content or information that
is unlawful, offensive, threatening, racist, hateful, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, offensive,
or harmful to Generation WOW and/or third parties;
(b) to excessively or unlawfully burden, impede, or otherwise disrupt the operation of
the Generation WOW website or the associated services, products, software,
networking, access, and other products and services.
2.2. You confirm and declare to use the Generation WOW website in any case in
accordance with these general terms and conditions and accept that you are responsible
and liable for any use of the Generation WOW website, for any purpose whatsoever
(e.g., conducting a transaction and/or placing an order on or via the Generation WOW website).
2.3. You must have a reliable and stable internet connection and performant hardware and software
suitable for (the services of) the Generation WOW website. You must also have sufficient
and up-to-date antivirus, antispyware, and firewall protection on your systems.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. The Generation WOW website may contain information, data, images, works, texts,
video materials, databases, trademarks, trade names, domain names, and other materials
and data owned by Generation WOW and third parties, protected by (intellectual)
(property) rights. You acknowledge these rights and undertake not to use these materials
and data in a way that infringes the aforementioned rights of Generation WOW or third parties.
3.2. Nothing in these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted as a transfer or
license of or regarding the intellectual property rights of Generation WOW or its licensors to you.
4. Privacy
A privacy policy applies to the Generation WOW website. You can find this privacy policy

5. Liability
5.1. The Generation WOW website is provided by Generation WOW "as is".
Generation WOW has only an obligation of means in this regard. The use of the Generation
WOW website is at your own risk, without Generation WOW providing any guarantees
or results, explicit or implied. Only in jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of a
warranty is not permitted will that specific warranty not be excluded or limited, and Generation
WOW's warranty will be excluded or limited to the minimum duty imposed by applicable law.
5.2. Generation WOW cannot guarantee that the Generation WOW website, in whole or in part,
will be free from defects, temporary or permanent, and cannot be held responsible or liable for
errors, defects, incompleteness, inaccuracies, or other imperfections of the Generation
WOW website. Generation WOW is also not obliged to carry out any repair of the Generation
WOW website or any part thereof.
5.3. Generation WOW cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive,
and/or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Generation WOW
website, including all products and services delivered via the Generation WOW website. Only in
jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental
damages is not allowed will Generation WOW's liability be limited to the maximum extent
permitted by law.
5.4. The Generation WOW website may contain hyperlinks to other websites, applications, or
web pages of third parties or refer to them in any way. Generation WOW has no control over
the content or other characteristics of these websites, applications, or web pages and in no
case and in no way will be liable for their content or characteristics and does not provide any
warranty in this regard. The placement of links on the Generation WOW website does not in
any way imply implicit approval of the content of these websites, applications, or web pages by
Generation WOW.
5.5. If the systems of Generation WOW and/or those of its partners, service providers,
suppliers, and/or other users or visitors of the Generation WOW website suffer damage due to
the exchange of computer viruses or other harmful files through your use of the Generation
WOW website, you are fully and unlimitedly liable towards Generation WOW and will indemnify
it fully, unlimitedly, in principal, interests, and (court and attorney) costs against any claim by
third parties, including partners, service providers, suppliers, and customers or users of the
Generation WOW website who may suffer damage as a result.
5.6. The information on the Generation WOW website is of a general and indicative nature, is
not adapted to personal or specific circumstances, can never be considered as personal
advice or a contractual commitment, and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of
the agreement with Generation WOW. The information on the Generation WOW website,
including information about the products or services offered for sale, is provided as accessed
without any warranties. The use of the Generation WOW website and the information
contained therein is solely at your own risk and responsibility.
5.7. In any event, Generation WOW's liability for both direct and indirect damages is limited to
the lesser of the following amounts:
(a) the amount charged to you as (potential) customer for the purchase of products and/or the
provision of services via the Generation WOW website;
(b) the fees received by Generation WOW under the agreement with you for or in connection
with the (online) sale of products or services; and/or
(c) the amount for which Generation WOW is insured with its liability insurer, with the maximum
amounts per damage claim as specified in its relevant liability insurance policies.
6. Modification or Termination of the Generation WOW Website
Generation WOW has the right to suspend, remove, terminate, restrict, or modify the
Generation WOW website in whole or in part at any time and with respect to one, several, or all
visitors. Generation WOW may make this decision without notice and without giving any
reason. You cannot hold Generation WOW liable or in default in any way for such a decision.
7. Complaints
Complaints arising from the use of this website or the application of these general terms and
conditions can be reported to Generation WOW via email: welcome@generationwow.be
8. Termination of this Agreement
Generation WOW has the right to terminate this agreement at any time without notice and
without giving any reason, without Generation WOW being liable in any way for any
consequences arising therefrom.
9. Changes
Generation WOW has the right to unilaterally amend these general terms and conditions and
agreement at any time. The latest version applies to each new use of the Generation WOW
website. You should review these regularly.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
Failure or delay by you or us in exercising any right under these general terms and conditions
will not be deemed a waiver of that right. Such failure or delay will not affect other events or
rights. If any provision in these general terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or
unenforceable by a competent court, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the
validity or enforceability of any other whole or part of a clause.
No person who is not a party to these general terms and conditions may thereby acquire rights
or enforce any provision in these general terms and conditions, even if such person relies on
such provision or indicates agreement with any provision in these terms.
A printed version of these general terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any warnings
and notices delivered in electronic form will be accepted in any judicial or administrative
proceedings arising out of or related to these general terms and conditions and the privacy
policy, in the same manner and under the same conditions as other documents and
commercial records created and maintained in printed form. All rights not expressly granted in
this document are reserved.
All agreements to which these general terms and conditions apply are governed by Belgian
law. For all disputes that may arise in connection with these general terms and conditions, the
courts of the registered office of Generation WOW have exclusive jurisdiction.
GENERATION WOW – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS
1. General
You order tickets for Generation WOW events via the Eventix platform and the website
www.generationwow.be (hereinafter: 'Generation WOW website'), owned by Generation WOW
bv (hereinafter: 'Generation WOW'), with registered office at Vaderlandstraat 112, 9000 Ghent,
and with company registration number 0781.379.639.
These general terms and conditions apply when you order tickets for Generation WOW events
via the Generation WOW website. By ordering tickets for Generation WOW events and/or
attending Generation WOW events, you agree to these general terms and conditions and
undertake to comply with them regarding the Generation WOW event, orders, and ticket sales.
If you are a minor, you must read this agreement together with your parent(s) or guardian and
obtain their agreement to accept these general terms and conditions.
2. Information about the Generation WOW event
2.1. When Generation WOW provides information in the context of the relevant Generation
WOW event, for example, on the Generation WOW website, on social media, and/or on the
website(s) of the organization of the Generation WOW event, Generation WOW does this as
accurately as possible, but does not guarantee that this information is accurate, complete, and
precise.
2.2. The relevant Generation event, tickets, and other products or services related to the
Generation WOW event may contain information from third parties such as sponsors, partners,
and suppliers, as well as references to websites, social media, and other products and services
of third parties. Generation WOW does not control the content of those websites, social media,
and other products and services and cannot be held liable or responsible for their content.
Furthermore, a reference to or inclusion of information from third parties does not imply that
Generation WOW agrees with such content.
2.3. You must ascertain whether the Generation WOW event has been canceled and/or if the
date, time, or location of the Generation WOW event has been changed. If a Generation WOW
event is canceled or rescheduled, Generation WOW will reasonably make every effort to inform
you of this. However, Generation WOW does not guarantee that you will be notified before the
event date.
3. Purchase Conditions
3.1. Tickets for the Generation WOW event are reserved at the time of submitting the order
form. The tickets will only be sent after receipt of the correct payment. The reservation and
respective ticket(s) will be canceled if payment is not made within the specified payment term,
which will be strictly enforced. Tickets for the Generation WOW event will be sent by email to
the address provided when ordering the ticket, unless you have indicated other specific
preferences by the completion of the ticket ordering process.
3.2. Costs incurred due to cancellation will be charged to you.
3.3. Generation WOW reserves the right to verify your identity upon entering the Generation
WOW event.
3.4. There is no right of withdrawal or right of cancellation for the purchase of a ticket for the
Generation WOW event. A ticket for the Generation WOW event will not be refunded or
exchanged under any circumstances, including interruption, modification, cessation, force
majeure, or cancellation. If Generation WOW, notwithstanding these terms and conditions,
refunds tickets for Generation WOW events in whole or in part for any reason, this refund will
be made for the ticket price excluding service, administration, shipping, and/or payment costs.
4. Access Conditions
4.1. Each ticket is strictly personal and may not be transferred without prior written consent
from Generation WOW.
4.2. In accordance with the Law of July 30, 2013 on the sale of admission tickets to events,
the following actions are strictly prohibited:
(a) Regular resale of tickets; (b) Presentation for the purpose of regular resale and provision of
means used for regular resale; (c) Occasional resale at a price higher than the stated admission
price; (d) Presentation for the purpose of occasional resale and provision of means used for
occasional resale if it involves resale at a price higher than the stated admission price; (e)
Resale before the start of the original sale; (f) Sale of a privileged or promotional admission
ticket for which there has been no original sale. Presentation for the purpose of resale and
provision of means used for resale are also prohibited for the sale of a privileged admission
ticket or a promotional admission ticket for which there has been no original sale. Violations of
these legal provisions are subject to criminal and civil penalties.
4.3. You are jointly and severally liable for damages caused by a violation of these legal
provisions regarding the respective ticket.
4.4. Non-compliance with the provisions of these general terms and conditions and/or the
display of any reckless or unacceptable behavior that may result in damage, injury, and/or
disturbance or jeopardize public safety may result in refusal or revocation of access to the
Generation WOW event, without the possibility of refunding your ticket.
5. Liability
5.1. Generation WOW cannot under any circumstances be held responsible or liable for theft,
loss, damage, forgery, illegal duplication, or other causes of invalidity of a ticket.
5.2. Generation WOW is not liable for damages or other consequences resulting from the
interruption, modification, cessation, cancellation, or any other measure taken by Generation
WOW regarding the Generation WOW event or imposed on Generation WOW regarding the
Generation WOW event, e.g., due to public order, terrorism (threat), or force majeure.
Therefore, we cannot be held responsible, liable, or obligated to fully or partially refund a ticket
in case of complete or partial interruption, modification, cessation, cancellation, or other
measures, even if these measures apply to individual persons (e.g., due to non-compliance
with age requirements, access conditions, public order, etc.).
5.3. Generation WOW cannot be held liable for any damage attributable to a cause beyond
Generation WOW's control, including but not limited to, all forms of force majeure, actions by
third parties including but not limited to hackers, suppliers, local authorities, riots, civil unrest,
war, hostilities, military operations, national disasters, terrorism, piracy, arrests, coercion by a
competent authority, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, fire, explosion, storm, flood, extreme
weather conditions, earthquake, natural disasters, accidents, mechanical failures, third-party
software, failures or problems with public utilities (including internet, electricity, and
telecommunications failures), lack of or impossibility to be sufficiently supplied with materials,
equipment, and/or transport, and other forms of force majeure and actions by third parties,
regardless of whether the circumstances in question could have been foreseen.
5.4. If, for any reason, Generation WOW were to be held liable for any damage on your behalf,
this liability will at all times and notwithstanding any contrary provision be limited to direct
damage. You agree that you can only claim compensation for the direct damage you have
suffered resulting from the same cause of damage. Any indirect or consequential damage is
hereby excluded.
6. Conduct at the Generation WOW Event
6.1. It is prohibited to bring drinks, food, drugs, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, weapons, or
other dangerous items to the Generation WOW event. You will be required to surrender these
items at the entrance of the Generation WOW event. If you refuse, you will be denied access to
the Generation WOW event, without any right to a refund.
6.2. It is prohibited to film or record speakers at the Generation WOW event for any visual or
auditory commercial reproduction without the explicit prior consent of the speakers
themselves. If you do so, access to the Generation WOW event will be denied, without any
right to a refund.
6.3. The food and drinks offered at Generation WOW events cannot be adjusted or modified
before or during the Generation WOW event. Our menus are prepared in advance based on
general dietary regulations. Generation WOW is not responsible for possible allergies or
physical harm caused by the served food and drinks.
6.4. Goodie bags provided at Generation WOW events cannot be reimbursed or refunded in
any way, wholly or partially.
7. Privacy and Processing of Personal Data
The ordering of tickets for Generation WOW events is subject to a privacy policy. You can find

8. Miscellaneous Provisions
Failure or delay by you or us in exercising any right under these terms and conditions shall not
be considered as a waiver of that right. Such failure or delay shall not affect other events or
rights.
If any clause in these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable as
determined by a competent judicial authority, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any
way affect the validity or enforceability of any other whole or partial clause.
No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall acquire rights or enforce any
provision in these terms and conditions, even if such person relies on such provision or has
indicated agreement to any provision in these terms.
A printed version of these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and of any warning and
message delivered in electronic form shall be accepted in any judicial or administrative
proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, in the
same manner and under the same conditions as other documents and commercial registers
created and kept in printed form. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
All agreements to which these terms and conditions apply shall be governed by Belgian law.
For any disputes that may arise concerning these terms and conditions, the courts of the
registered office of Generation WOW shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
