True beauty comes from within. However, the power of a beautiful makeup look should not be underestimated. Generation WOW teamed up with makeup artist Liesbeth Huys and the Belgian brand Mylène, which provides skincare from home to skin that makes you shine. Liesbeth had conversations with four women in business to discuss their mission, how makeup gives them an extra boost, and what inner and outer beauty mean to them. What does Better Together mean to you?

"I am inspired by the complexity of people, their connections, and why they collaborate. My book, which tells the love story of my great-grandparents, is also based on a deep human connection and explores the special bond they shared. 'Better Together', the new theme of the Generation WOW conference, is therefore very symbolic for me."

Which step do you never skip in your makeup routine?

"Skincare is the foundation of everything for me. I cleanse my skin, hydrate, and use a daily moisturizer. When I don't have time for anything else, this is my go-to makeup routine. That natural glow is priceless."
