Generation WOW teamed up with makeup artist Liesbeth Huys and the Belgian brand Mylène, which provides skincare from home to skin that makes you shine. Liesbeth had conversations with four women in business to discuss their mission, how makeup gives them an extra boost, and what inner and outer beauty mean to them. What is your mission?

"Mylène will blow out 60 candles next year. From our founder Rosa Mortelmans, who transformed her own kitchen into a cosmetics lab, to a broad community of enthusiasts - mothers and daughters - who now always have Mylène products in their skincare cabinets. To the consultants who bring our products to life at our home parties. Women are the magic behind the story of Mylène."

Which step do you never skip in your makeup routine?

"I always wear the Mylène waterproof mascara and the Mylène lipstick in the colour Amour. I love a very natural 'barely there'-look with soft products. And sometimes, I like to add just a little bit more. I enjoy that variation."
