an identified or identifiable person (hereinafter "Personal Data"), and how you can control this

in relation to GENERATION WOW (hereinafter "We"). This Privacy Statement may be revised regularly.

1.2 The data controller for the processing of your Personal Data on the GENERATION WOW website
is GENERATION WOW, a Belgian private limited company, with its registered office at 112

number 0781.379.636, as the provider of the GENERATION WOW website.

WOW complies with:

Article 4 - DURATION OF PROCESSING
The Personal Data will be kept and processed by us for the period required by law or as long as it is
essential for the purposes of processing. You have the option to unsubscribe from our marketing
communications and newsletter at any time.
If GENERATION WOW is no longer able to retain your Personal Data, you will be notified and given the
option to download your Personal Data. If you do not exercise your right to deletion, your Personal

5.1 Right of access and inspection

Personal Data.

You are free to choose whether or not to disclose certain Personal Data to us. You always have the
right to request corrections to your Personal Data. You can also request that the processing of your
Personal Data be restricted if you believe your Personal Data is inaccurate and notify us accordingly.
Additionally, you have the right to request GENERATION WOW to delete your Personal Data via the
email address welcome@generationwow.be. However, please note that if you refuse to disclose
certain Personal Data or if you ask us to delete them, you may no longer be able to attend
GENERATION WOW events or be part of the GENERATION WOW network.
5.3 Right of objection
You also have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data when you have serious and
legitimate reasons to do so. You also have the right to object to the use of your Personal Data for
indirect marketing purposes. In this case, no specific justification will be requested.
5.4 Right of data portability
You have the right to obtain your Personal Data processed by us in a structured, commonly used, and
machine-readable format and/or to transfer this data to other data controllers.

You have the right to withdraw your prior consent for the processing of your Personal Data to the

We securely store your Personal Data on our servers located within the European Economic Area
(EEA).
6.2 GENERATION WOW can in no event be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting
from the incorrect or unlawful use of Personal Data by a third party.
Article 7 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
This Privacy Policy is governed, interpreted, and implemented in accordance with Belgian law, which
exclusively applies.
The courts of Ghent have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising from the interpretation or
implementation of this Privacy Policy.
